    Its been three weeks since I have been working out at CrossFit Stride and I must say this is so far the best form of workout I have come across. It is not just any regular workout here. You go through warm up, strength training, conditioning, stretching every day but in form of different exercises and activities. There are a lot of group activities too and it teaches you the team work. The trainers are excellent in their work and are really helpful. The equipments are really good and in plenty. My work out experience here has been quite good and I think there is a lot more here than a regular gym.

    crossfit stride is the best place to workout in town. its nothing like a regular gym,the workouts are designed in a way to achieve overall fitness. the coaches are highly trained and professional.they constantly guide you and motivate you to achieve your fitness goal.the best part is that there is no monotony in the workouts because every day there is a new workout planned for you. They also organize certain events from time to time where you can test your fitness level.i never thought that getting fit could be so much fun.STAY FIT WITH STRIDE

    I joined this gym about 2 months ago, and I can say that working out here has been great. The coaches are very helpful and train each member according to their needs. The workouts are different everyday which I think is great. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone ranging from someone who needs to lose weight, gain muscles or get fit, this is definitely the gym for you.

    I have been a member since feb this year and it has been a great experience. Sessions are different everyday but always fun and equally exhausting. Since groups are small trainers are able to give time to everyone. Recommended for anyone wanting to live a fit and active life!
