i just worked there for three days worst experience of my life . They make you work for ten hours while in other organization its 9 hours. Worst induction nothing is organized i believe they have the highest attrition believe me i have met many ppl they all complain about this organization . And guess what i just went there for three days out of which two days on my own and on third day i got so pissed off i did not go there after that n now they are askin for 12000 rs . Fraudsters .. My serious advice dont join this organization .

Hi i was also emp. of IBM Daksh b41 year.i worked over there for 7 month and it was a great Exp for me they gives u lottttzzz support facilities and good working enviroment what else u want from the company.Yes may b there some people behave with u like that but for that u cant blame the company.there is a feedback/opinion box is available for u.y u cant jst write n drop a pice of paper in the box.Rigth now i m in UK bust still desp. to join IBM.My advice to all guy wu want join BPO/call center indust. i would suggest them to join IBM.GO JOIN WORK N ENOJY
