Shailesh ShahWe went to Moscow and st Petersburg during 1st week of July 2017 with hi life tours. We found everything as promised and as per our itenery. Their arraignment with local Russian guide and transportation was excellent. We were very satisfied and strongly recommend for Russia vacation.

Nitin ShahA fabulous, extremely well organized trip. Whatever was committed, was honored. We were welcomed by an English speaking guide and local tour organizer as soon as we reached Moscow airport. Throughout the weeklong tour, two persons (including guide) were assigned to us exclusively to take us around and attend to our every need. They were very helpful. Night Cruise at St Petersburg was very nice with glass ceiling and all glass windows for a clear 360° view. The Moscow city tour guide Ivan was excellent, explaining everything in detail across the sights in the city. In Moscow River Cruise, if Radisson Cruise were provided, it would have been better. Throughout the tour, we were provided with a very comfortable 16 seater Mercedes van for our group of 8 (except from Moscow airport to hotel). Before finalizing the itinerary, there were many rounds of iteration from our side. We kept asking for additions and changes but they were courteously, willingly accommodated by the team at Hi-Life, especially Meet and Umesh.

Pulkit agarwalWent to Russia by HI-LIFE. Worst experience ever. No proper management. They only know how to make fool. I do not recommend anyone to book their tour with "HI-LIFE"

renu khandelwalWe purchased a Travel package for Thailand from Hi life tours and Travel 15 days back. As such I booked this package 3 month back from date of departure. All sightseeing were covered as were discussed with Travel company. Every thing was done fine including rates , services of vehicle and local agent. The main draw back which troubled us a lot regarding lack of proper communication and transparency from sales person who was dealing with me. Later on just before departing from India , they give us contact number of Mr Gagan Chadda who is senior manager of this company. As due to lack of proper communication, we have to contact Mr Gagan at every day and even some times two to three times a day to get details of agets and entry tickets of sightseeing. As Mr Gagan was helping us at every moment as but this can be managed by Travel company if they provide me sufficient information regarding every thing before departing from India and would be more convenient for us. One more draw back was time management of sightseeing. As at some point we specially kept day free for some activities like sea ocean world and Madam tusaad museum which needs lots of time to visit .so both these can be managed properly if they give sufficient time to manage package. I will like to recommend to take a international trip from this as overall they managed very well . But before finalizing and depositing money , please contact with Mr Gagan Chadda and get assurance from him.
