Sunil KumarVery customer friendly service centre. I gave my Sony telephoto lens for service. They got is replaced with a new lens since the lens was under warranty period. The staff especially camera technician Renjith was patient in listening an answering my queries. It took 2 months to get the replacement lens, since the procedure is lengthy. Thanks all at SONY.

Knuckle KickWent with my old sony phone here. They told me there s a complaint with the board and will need rs 5000 to change it. Recently I gave it to a private shop and they cleated the problem for less than rs 400. Poor customer relations.

rajaneesh mThey are very co-operative but sony water proof mobiles are not suitable for India as at higher temperatures the adhesive of panels become weak and the front and back panel comes out easily and to fix that if you are out of warranty you have to pay half the price of the phone itself.

Gopakumar PYou will run out of your patience by trying to access this Sony service ( Madonna ) number. I will never ever buy a Sony product as the quality ( of these China manufactured products ) is worse than that of a locally made gadget and they need frequent service. You are forced to knock at the doors of this lousy service center , the quality and accountability of which matches the product they claim to service. I have been trying to get at least one number shown as that of Madonna and there is no response to the calls. All other numbers shown are temporarily disconnected.
