Very pathetic sales team and inexperienced. They are not clear about the technical specifications of the cars. After booking my i20 Active with the agreed price and after settling the amount, now they are asking for 15K additionaly saying that, they miscalculated the price. We are spending in lakhs, but they behave without any professional ethics and without worrying about the reputation of their services. Just posting this to be aware of this cheating tactics and getting extra money from customers.
