Terrible service !!! From Last 20 days the internet is disconnected at 8 PM sharp and connection is restored at after 9 am on the following day. Contact center is a bunch of helpless people who only know to pick up the phone and do nothing. No one pays any heed to customer service as I am calling daily from last 20 days but no resolution. Real pathetic service I would have given zero stars or even minus 5 stars.

I am facing issues since 20 days. Net is off and no one comes to service it. Totally Pathetic service. Guys PLS DONT go for Y networks. Nonsense service. Go for Speedigo instead.

If i compare other internet providers ynet is best of them fast speed as they told i am getting that now they upgraded it and there is no need to login every time. They resolve the issue after contacting them .. go for it they are giving best services rather than other providers in dehradun because there is no hathway ,den providers.

if there -ve star i would give them i opted for 12 MB plan and never got more than 6 Mb and always delaying the complain poor service no sense of talking to customer calling them to have home vist for last 3 months and always saying that a person will come but never came never ever think of going to YPT

Compare to all network Ynetwork broadband service is fast.Internet speed is higher from all networks. TThe customer care service can give good response.
