I just go for my apache 180Rtr service. after two days a call was there for me frm kunal Tvs. they Ask me for the feed Back. i told them that a little problem was there the disk brake pad was making some unwanted sound. so the reply that. sir u came to the service we will chk it out. then i say okh. after that she told me that sir please give a good feed back and i will consult your problem. them i give. A Grade. she told me to come service centre and also told me that if there is a call from HEAD OFFICE than plz gave the same High Grade. next Day i was at the showroom I ask them for my prblm then their is no reply from the staff. still single sentence PLZ WAIT SIR. I waited there for 1 hours but no action. No job card nothing else. Than I understand that the feedback call was for only high Grade and for the employee Promo. nothing else.
