Screen was a bit blurry. Seats were very uncomfortable. Sound were good. I had booked an m-ticket and the counter fellow instead of scanning the code from my mobile, sent me to the counter, I was wondering why I paid the internet handling charges if 50/- then?

It is a famous cinema which has wonderful seats. It is inside a very famous and big mall "Nucleus Mall". Big screen inside.

Visiting PVR cinema is in ranchi is a mind blowing experience as well as the eating joints inside. The Management should be more cautious in appointing the persons at the sale counter and before assigning therm any job they train them to be courteous and service oriented. I had a bitter experience when I had been to PVR Ranchi on 13.5.2017 show ( 6.55 p.m.) I ordered for Combo for 2 ( Cheese Pop Corn and Pepsi) I made a request to Mr. Sonal who was at the counter to send my order in side the auditorium on my seat. He flatly refused to send and told me that it is not possible. At the same time I saw that he was sending some orders in other Auditorium by his staff. I again made request to send my order on my seat he again refused. I was able to meet one Mr. Mandal from the Management he intervened and asked him Mr. Sonal why it was refused for some time he was speechless then made an excuse that there is shortage of staff therefore it cannot be sent inside the auditorium. I think I made only one mistake that I had been inside PVR CINEMA by wearing KURTA- PAYJAMA and I was talking with him in HINDI. It seems that going inside PVR in more INDIAN way is not acceptable. I really thank Mr. Mandal who helped me and made him to send the order inside the auditorium.

Worst movie place in ranchi... I cud have given negative.. if option wz dere... Worst service.. dey did not show d movie after interval and told us to leave d audi.. No value to our time and inconvenience...
