Good hotel. Centrally located. However needs improvement in service interaction. On my arrival I was bluntly told that I did not have reservation even though it was a corporate booking. Room was good but the shower was not. I found that I could not mix hot and cold water and ended up taking bath in scalding hot water. Food was excellent and so was the restaurant ambience. At the time of check out I had to ask for each and every bill. A good experience marred by minor glitches.

bar shifted to ground floor.served us ceaser salad only with chesse...they should have us told befor thay they dont have ceaser salad..rather than giving us cheese..
