    Good service, proper care is given to the patient. Best hospital in Ranchi atleast

    In my first experience I though they are less commercial minded but proved wrong over multiple experiences. The nurses are really very insensitive and have taken this Nobel profession more as a job. The facility management staff is impressive though. But the hospital is not sensitive to family members of patients.. For eg. The lift has been dysfunctional for 2 months and even old people have to take stairs till 3rd floor to meet patients.. There are no fans in waiting area

    I have never seen such a worst hospital .The doctors are only bothered about themselves and the hospital status.All the doctors and nurse are not elligible for the post and salary they get.It is only the wastage of time and money having treatment in that hospital.The hospital STAFFS donot have the proper knowledge .They only take care of those patients by whom they can get a large amount of money . They made my grandma condition more critical from the time we have brought her.Doctors donot give the perfect and present situation about the patient.So PLEASE go in any hospital but never in MEDICA

    I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care you all showed to my wife. Before she came into hospital for the maternity delivery, I was very nervous and daunted by the fear of the unknown but you were all so kind and reassuring You demonstrated your total commitment into caring for her when I was helpless in the days immediately following the needed treatment and also gave her the support and encouragement. I’d like to particularly thank Dr. Shabdika Mayuri Lal and team for their expertise in the maternity delivery and Post-Care support. These were members of the team whom I saw on a daily basis and whom I became particularly close to during my stay in the hospital. However, I’d also like to thank all the other people, too numerous to mention, who all played such an important vital role. I’d like to special thanks to Mr. Zainul Abedin and his team for their TPA / Insurance. Without your help, this would not have been possible so you can imagine how grateful I am. Thank you all once again for all your care and support.

    Hospital reception gives wrong information about availability of doctor. They call patients even when doctor is not available in the hospital. I was misguided by hospital staff and harrased badly. I took my 72 years old mother to hospital from 50 KMs far but after reaching there I was informed that Doctor whome we wanted to consult was not available in the hospital. I tried to meet medical superintendent but I was not allowed to file my complaint. Bad experience...
