My experiences : 1) Poorly behaved staff ( One even said itna samaan load karne me to raat ho jayega) 2) Unprofessional manager to count and prepare the list ( left many items unincluded in the list) 3) Upon reaching Patna ...the worse comes to fore : a) An trunk dropped from 4 ft height resulting in raptured base ( the head staff says..sir aap log ke liye to ye kya hai..naya le lijiyega) b) AC outdoor unit cover dented with plastic clips broken. c) Almost all of the kitchen metal boxes dented. d) Glass of photo frames shattered. e) Children study table broken e) No proper insurance paper given ( Manager- " Sir Insurance ham log hi dete hain" ) The company needs to be more professional as customers can easily shell out a few extra bucks for a better service provider like Aggarwal.. Time to think !

Prabhakar JaruharRecently I got my household goods transferred from Ranchi to Hazaribag on 30.04. Their workers stole a few utensils and a mosquito net. The theft came to light after unpacking the goods. Even they claimed tip of Rs. 1000 which I obliged because of good behavior. The charges are too on higher side. I will never recommend to anyone. The owner is advised to keep honest persons.
