    Excellent place.i had been to 4 other place before deciding on this believe me this is the best place to be.the trainers are awesome and excellent flexibility of time .how ever busy or tired I am I still feel incomplete with out attending the class.i recommend this place with a 5 on 5

    The one gym where I have lasted beyond 6 months, there is nothing monotonous about the classes they offer. A different trainer and a different work out each day. Boredom is a far cry away when describing this fitness institute. Highly recommended coz this entity makes u loose weight n tone up with no sacrifices/stress.My only suggestion would be to work on the upkeep of the place which is my reason for a 4 rating.....

    The best place to get a wholesome workout, since everyday of the week we have a different trainer who in turn gives us a different workout ... may it b dancing ... Zumba... steppers ... or weight training we do it all but in an absolute fun and happy environment ! To top it all working it in a group is always far more motivating than alone in the gym !

    Its got a personal, cosy feel and the place is well maintained. Trainers are friendly and not pretentious. The flexibility of choosing ur time makes this place veru convenient.
