Owner Mr Vinod gives false promises, he had agreed for delivery of a washing machine and after a month he tells he cannot deliver. Pls avoid shopping here and believing on such a dupe.

Not trust worthy! I stayed very close to this place and interacted with him for all my electronics and large appliances needs. This is run by a person named Mr. Vinod, who has lost all his respect and trust amongst his customers. The list of problems are endless. I had ordered an inverter AC and was promised to be delivered next day and full payment was made. He as usual delayed it for more than 10 days and when finally i pressurized he delivered an outdated normal AC. Remember, I paid for an inverter AC. Finally i canceled the order had some disputes and he gave me a cheque to refund my amount which eventually bounced. I was looking for my legal options and he called me up to settle the case with an alternate AC. This took almost 20 days to resolve. It was not just me there were so many people who were fighting with him on phone, inperson with similar issues. Some issues that I saw and heard from others were.. > He provided wrong model mostly lower end > He provided factory seconds product (which were available at half the price else where > He sent different company product > Product did not work on the very first use and he asked them to deal with service center > Never responds to Call > Always makes reason as some one in his close family has health issues > There was an incident when a frustrated customer throwed his Big-size LED TV inside his shop which broke into pieces. Again the customer was cheated with a lower end model and for months he never addressed it. AVOID INVESTING YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE. Lures with cheap prices and literally makes you a beggar for months. NOT TRUST WORTHY.

Beware Beware Beware Beware............fake shop he is selling all second hand goods.....i purchased refrigerator , after delivery i am really shocked to see that it is second hand and more over on box serial no is different and on the machine it is different......dont get cheated here......dont ever opt this shop
