    Their iOS App crashed at least 5 times while trying to create a single order. The delivery was delayed and on top of that some items were missing. Talked to their customer care and it seems they are least bothered.

    Very poor service. I have ordered fruits for today 5 pm as i told MR sujith clearly i have placed twice order cancel 1 and call me back he promised me saying he will call me but didnt bother to call me up he started telling lies and when I asked them to connect to their manager. They just told that their manager is absent today and dropped the call. This is the first time, I am facing issue with Terraa This is the consecutive 2nd time. Very poor customer service. customer care never respond.Its a complete waste of time using terraa service. Worst experience being in start up ppl dont know how to handle the call nor emails I will never order once again such a bad experience Mr Sujith Make sure you full fill the customer request When i call his telling me Thank you for calling Terraa which is suppose to be Welcome to Terraa i will update this in social media
