Have been here for couple of times. Located in middle of city. service is really good. I love pool side restaurant located on terrace.

I have been here for a seminar. Big air conditioned halls are available and the food provided was great too. The garuda mall and other shopping facilities are situated very close to the hotel. Overall a definite 4/5.

- Property is located at the heart of city - Facilities of the property is in good condition - Quality of food is above average - Service is poor. You need to do multiple follow-ups even for small issues like AC not working. I experienced it during my entire stay of 17 nights in hotel
