I have travelled on Orange only once. it was from Bangalore to Trivandrum on their AC Semisleeper Scania. It was the best bus ride on this route based on both cost and comfort.

This review is about the travels and not the location. The AC sleeper I travelled in was the best I have used at this price in South India. The facilities provided are way better and more than any other operator between Bangalore and Chennai including government services. Do try their service out if you like to pamper yourself.
