    can i give 0 as your rating? pathetic service. since i insisted for a mail the executive left me on hold for so long... this is not the way you operate... if the bus service gets cancelled i lose one working day of mine and on that you are not returning my ticket fare.. whats with you and your ethics in business? I want some one to call me ASAP.

    Very bad experience from red bus customer service. Worst service provider i am expecting a resolution for my refund 1) i have booked the ticket using red bus app, Money is deducted from my account but ticket is not issued 2) first of all there is no toll free number for complaints. 3) i call to customer care on this issue several times. In this way also they theft my money around 200 5)my booking date is Jan 8th 2017 its all most 40 days till now issue is not resolved. 6) Finally i got an email stating that the issue is resolved, below i am posting the email what i have received from customer care. Dear Customer; Your Service Ticket ID: 700223 has been resolved and this ticket is now closed. Our support executive has communicated the resolution to you via a separate email, kindly check. 7) i think they may refund to bank it may take 4-7 working days to reflect on my account. i waits for 15 days. 8) but my money is not refunded at. 9) its system generated email we can not reply to that email. *****10) u may also face this kind of problems if u book the ticket from red bus. 11) now a days India is promoting digital India (but this kind of online frauds not acceptable in India)

    V poor refund policy.. I still dint receive my refund which is pending since September 2017 thou I have made several calls. And every time a customer care executive says your refund is initiated now and asks sorry for the delay. Can anyone help me contact a right person?
