Been using their broadband service since 2013. So far happy with the service and did not find a need to switch to other service providers. They fix fiber cut issues pretty soon. Sometimes the broadband does not give the claimed throughput as per the plan, most of the time it does. They have the best post FUP speed compared to any other broadband providers in HSR layout. They also keep upgrading/providing new plans to catch up with competitors.

I have been a customer since 2015; initially it was fine, but recently the service has deteriorated. I am on a plan of 75 MBPS, but the maximum I get is 5-7 mbps. Their customer service is responsive but they dont have any permanent solutions. Very poor backend support

I am using TTN broadband in Bellandur area from past 10 months. There was some initial connection issues but they fixed it quickly. Support staff is good and always helpful most off the issues were resolved in less than one day. Only problem I see is there is no 2MB+ speed plan after FUP :(. Keep the good work.
