Pathetic is not the word. Absolutely callous and arrogant staff. Customer orientation is non-existent. The fridge in the room heats instead of cooling, banquet facilities are sick. This property should be closed and sealed as they are fooling customers. The water supply in the room stops at any time. I had to order for Bisleri water to brush my teeth to get ready for a business conference and got delayed for it. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL..................

Yes, rooms are good so is service. Best of all is staff - professional as well as friendly. Only 1 issue, I do not about other rooms but mine only. There was a light right above fan. So when fan is moving, light falling through fan is not constant, which is an irritant. Better to avoid those rooms.
