Were helpful till I made payment for forex, post that it was disaster. Since I opted for currency delivery & it was agreed that within 2 hours of payment System generated bill will be mailed to me. I DID NOT GET IT FOR 6 hours. Everyone conveniently made false promises and after a point stopped picking the phone. I kept on pushing probably that made it 6 hours, else could have been longer as well. I had to reschedule my onward journey.
