Worst experience. I had to receive cash that was sent via Ria Money Transfer and the pickup agent location was Poundwize. I went to Bangalore Jayanagar branch and they said they just bluntly rejected saying we dont deal with that. I told my pickup agent is Poundwize and but the both male employees kept saying that they dont deal with it. Its ridiculous. They are least bothered about ones money or for the matter of fact its their work and they refuse to do their work.
