Lousy big name Forex dealer. Inspite of prior confirmation that I can come by 9:30AM to buy Forex, office was not open till 9:45AM. This was blessing in disguise because I found a competitor dealer a few blocks across who was up and working by 9:50 Am even though his timing was 10 - 6 PM. And as a Bonus got much more competitive price for Forex purchase.

Worst experience, staff busy chit chatting, no one is bothered about clients, if you block rates online then they are not interested to exchange currency, they ask u to sit and move out to continue with the there work.. no matter how emergency it is, they are not interested to help u out.. never expected this from reputed brand like Thomas cook. Banks are far better. Never use Thomas cook again. I would have given negative ranking if I would have allowed to do so.

Offers very competitive rates on travel cards and cash. Be sure to book and pay online for what you want before going here to reduce the wait. Their customer service was satisfactory except for the fact that they refused to give anything but notes of ridiculously high denominations like 500€

Staff were busy chit chatting...no body interested in customer service....made wait for long time just for forex...dint expect auch thing from such a reputed agency like thomascook...

Long lunch/coffee breaks in the middle of discussing a booking. Very laissez-faire posture reminiscent of government offices and banks of yesteryear. Poor estimation of turnaround time on visa formalities and health insurance submitted by email only after one had landed. Its amazing really that they get any business at all. Pity any elderly folks that use them hoping that the extra rupees are worth the imagined and only imaginary concierge experience.
