It was once great but has lost its charm. The staff keeps on changing from time to time. They keep you waiting even if you have a prior appointment. The earlier manager was quick to address any grievances but now the customer satisfaction is hardly given any consideration.

i wish i could rate this place in -ve. their senior stylist spoilt my hair so bad that even after a year its not back to normal. The guy gave me an obnoxious hair cut ,so bad that i dreaded to step out for over a month and kept my hair tied all the time with millions of hairpin !. save your time and money and of course your precious hair ! Stay away from this place. p.s : this happened in the koramangala branch.
