Anjum ShaikhI did my hair smoothening worth Rs 2999/- from mavenchic but after smoothening my hair became frizzy n dry n not the way it shud be but as I spoke to their staff I have been told that they Il repair my hair n vil mk the way exactly how it shud be the prices are gud n I hv takn services before where I never had any problems..need to get more services done from there not a a very bad experience so far but hope they rectify n fix things soon...over all not a bad experience

Ashwini DaradeI had taken a package of Rs.1499/- couple of days before. However, the beautician was late by 1 hr, she spoiled my eyebrows, gave my back massage only for 2 minutes by saying that your body has absorbed entire cream and needs no more massage. during pedicure and manicure my skin was peeled very badly. During the entire session she was continuously busy on phone and less concentrating on her job. I feel i have wasted my entire 1499/- by taking this services. I am expecting a reply from you.

Anuja BhorSmoothening done was good but the person who gave the service could have been more polite. She was not carrying serum she should have carried that also she was doing it in hurry. Overall it was good but could have been more better.

Gunjan WadhwaWorst experience ever had...wastage of money as well as time...make so many excuses..beauticians always late...never carried fulll equipments...untrained staff....making people fool all the time. They charged full bt not give full services...whoever read this plz dnt take their services. they never fullfill their promises. Fraud people
