The only good part has been the hair cut given to my 1.5 year old baby. It was very well done by the hair specialist. He did a great job and it costed reasonable hair. Other than this, there is nothing about this place which can justify its name as a lounge. The services are regular, they are fine at it, but just fine. Nothing special about the products being used or the services offered. The biggest downside of the salon is the lady at the reception. The rate cards shown by her are totally different before and after the service. The entire staff needs to be trained on the subject of hospitality. I had bad experiences at this place three times after which I decided not to go there.

Unbelievably bad experience! It almost feels like they hope no customer walks in! It is Sunday 1:45pm, I walk in and there is no electricity. I am asked to come back at 2:00pm. I comeback at 2:00, electricity is back but although there are 5 people standing around doing nothing, I am told that all stylist have left for lunch! Why open a shop if you have no interest to work?
