this is one of the good gyms nearby to the green glen layout locality. Trainers are good and helpful. they even have variety classes in the morning. Only disadvantage is tgat it is little small and tends to get crowdy sometimes. i personally like good and loud music ,which they lack a bit they have all sorts of machines for cardio and their weights sections is pretty nice. they even have a nutritionist, to guide through with the food habbits all in all, it is a good place for gymming
