Nice and fast service. Did courier some documents without any hassles. Only problem is there is only one lady employee working and an assistant, hence if the counter gets crowded, then it takes time.

Pathetic international service . They charged 10000bucks to deliver 16kg international food parcel and said delivery will be done in 5days.I waited till 7 days .After five days there was no update of consignment on their website , I called them n ask them to check the update and also ask them to share international courier partner numbers so that I can get track .And there I found on what all mishaps have done and biggest one was that they have not mention receiver Contact number nor full address. Because of this ignorant and irresponsible behavior they have returned the parcel . I was the one updating all this to DTDC India office . This is the promptness they have . So frustrated and annoyed with these people .
