Sumana murty NaiduMy personal traning started with this gym. I could see a lot of change in myself 2 months into it. Mr.kannan is an awesome personal trainer. Very encouraging and knows his clients very well and trains accordingly. I got interest in fitness after joining this gym and of course the strength training sessions with Mr. Kannan. Indeed all the other trainers are also very helpful and friendly. Will miss this gym and my sessions when I move to delhi.

You learn what to eat, how food affects your body, and a whole lot of interesting facts that will remain with you forever. I personally benefited so much from the program n it also helped me get rid of my cold n Bronchitis. Thank you for all the gyaan biju.. Your a great mentor.
