Recently i purchased a seed grading machine from surabee essar machines and co, I am having horrible time with it.First off all they collected Rs 10,000 as advance and promised delivery of machine with in a week but which happened only after long wait of 2 MONTHS.They never responded well over phone and sometimes I was abused. One and half months after booking one stupid fellow called me from their office for the remaining amount,he was least bothered to know my concerns and he left me with 2 options either I should trust them and pay full amount before the delivery OR I need to go to their factory.He was not ready to pay my advance money back,just because i paid some money as advance I WAS FORCED TO WAIT 2 months to collect machine from them . Finally after 2 months I got the machine and its performance is HORRIBLE !!!! HORRIBLE !!! . It is grading only 30% of seeds. NEVER BUY MACHINES FROM THIS COMPANY even if you want to buy NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE.
