    I had a good experience staying in Rentmystay. Its hassle free and has reasonable prices. Very good for short term rent purpose. And the flats are full furnished too and that too with reasonable prices. Thats the best part.

    For long term rent policies are unfriendly to customers. 1)5% increase in rent after 6 months and 10% increase after 12 months. 2) You need to pay 1 months rent which will be deducted from your deposit. 3)Caretaker and customer care people do not have complete idea what is included in the room furniture. 4) All fully furnished houses does not have same furniture ( Few comes with washing machine & few without washing machine, same for fridge) 5) Good service apartments for short stay... But for long term there are many options available... Nestaway, grabHouse..

    Stayed in RentMyStay for 3 nights and the experience was pretty good. The apartment was clean, and the ambience was lovely with all amenities. Best alternative for hotel rooms. Timely service and had no hassles during the stay. Would definitely love to come back :)
