We had purchased a total gas cylinder. When we tried to surrender it, they are providing only 800,but we had paid 3200. We had a very bad experience. Sincere request to not to use their services.

These guys respond very fast. My cylinder was exhausted at 7.30 PM. I called them and they gave me by 8 PM. Very fast and responsive, excellent customer service. But looking at the cylinders of MVR with no expiry date and very worn out state I literally got insanely scared (Yes, gas cylinders have expiry date and its mandatory as per law to print it. Private guys do not print it to resue cylinders beyond expiry). I am just waiting when it will be over.

When I purchased 12 KG private (Total) gas connection from them, they charged Rs 1600 as refundable deposit plus Rs 250 for regulator and promised to refund if I return the connection after 3 years. However, after 3 years when I tried to get the refund by returning the connection, they said they cannot give more than Rs. 800. Even the Total gas company website claims that Rs 1600 is refundable. Further, on each refill order, they charge more price than whats listed on company website. Please refrain from buying at this agency.
