There are two counters - one caters to financial things like PO savings schemes, bill payments etc. Other one is for post. Generally I have seen queues of the electricity bill payments on first one. Second one is generally empty. Very few people come to buy postage items. The person do speed posts quite efficiently for simple letters. Always ask for the service offered at the counter before standing in the queue.
