We got one New King Koil Cot and that was smelling BAD. After multiple complaint the King Koil company person visited our flat and told some reason. He told that he will get back buy nothing happened. I complained back to Opulence but no improvement. We asked quote for curtains but seems they are not interested on doing the project.
