Hi.. i had booked an FTTH. Before booking I inquired whether the service will be available or not within a week or not.. They said yes.. Based on that I booked. Its been more than a month.. Its not been installed. I have sent an email to the Principal General manager, CEO of BSNL but in vain.. Now I am planning to cancel and get back the money..
