Their lifetime support claim is a BIG JOKE Cuisine classica products are generally good, but their claim of lifetime product support is a bogus. I had a very bitter experience with them. After payment was received, they never turned up for support. I had wasted my time and numerous calls following up them, but they always said to send out people which never happened. Disheartening to say that I am utterly disappointed with their attitude and I don’t recommend them for anyone. Try to look out for any trustworthy people.

Never engage them. Initially they told 45 days to finish. It took 4 months and lots of phone calls and following up. Painfull. Their Carpenter used wrong screws and cupboards were loose. They never turned up to fix it. Finally got it done by another Carpenter. Total waste of time and money.

One of the worst experience of lifetime, these guys are cheats and I was one of the most unfortunate customer. They gave false promises and cheated us of lots of money. Please never engage with them even for the smallest of job, better to find individual contractors. They never finish my work, left my home in a mess(debris). They never take your calls once the money is transferred to them, materials were not sent or they will send in portions. It was painful to chase them for smallest of things. Four months and they did not finish single thing. I hope they get shut down, the owner does not refund your money, pay their contractors(lots of them complained to me) and even their employees. Biggest thugs.

project delayed few days for me but compared to other places where my friends did,finishing is better.

We did the interiors for our house in 2010 by Cuisine Classica. Even though they delayed for a while, quality is very good. Till now no issues with the hinges and doors for cupboards and wardrobes.
