    No one responds to emergency fixes. Our operations have stopped for the last 3 days, raised a ticket through app but the person who called said he will send videos for the fix this is so unprofessional. They are sitting back and taking money for the services but unwilling to provide live support. Really disappointed with the kind of service these people are offering

    Excellent service. Been using their software in my super market since 10 years and now using latest version in my other store for almost 2 years.. user friendly, and the best part is quick online support, Ms Mythili has been excellent and very responsive to my queries.

    GST transformation was easy and was very exiting for us....Gofrugal support is good and I only recommend gofrugal when someone asks me. This is why i am a gofrugal customer from past 8yrs.... Also, let me mention, I only have one one problem when support team is in chat atleast they should update in chat after every 1 minute so that the customer feels refreshing and think that somebody is looking for my problem. I have recent experience regarding this in which nobody answers for 15-20 min but I know still they work as they solved my problem after that.... Thats all....... Will give a feedback again Hope to give a 5 star next time...... Thanks LASA MART

    service is very bad and very worst... no proper response...they think they are genius and introduced chitti( ie computer reply ). but really they are losing their customer. now government launched gst and many client changing software if this time support is good means i will recommend for many but now i will not recommend this software for any one because then i only need to go and solve the problem.....
