All my clothes shrinked in size after laundary. Very poor quality of serive. 8.5 kgs of clothes... all shrinked considerably. even the socks! Beware guys... and someone help me... how can i sue them?

Unprofessional not worthy expensive & rude ..I initially thought they were good but now quality is degraded..delivery never on time ..clothes not washed properly ..they are hardly sorry for what they did.

Very bad service. When picking up the clothes they are very prompt and professional. After that there is no sign of them and all false promises. Was promised delivery in 24 hours, called and was told it will come after 8 more hours, called again and told the person will deliver in 20 minutes. After that noone is picking up the call and no sign of delivery.
