4 stars only for the RTO officer. Very helpful and polite person, offered us help as soon as we met him (without any influence). Else 2 stars. Only some of the staff is very polite and helpful, although the process is not clear and have to wait in lines for quite a lot of time.

very poor service. though you pay all the money in advance to the agent/driving school, they collect 100 bucks from each person during the test drive, and also the challan generating person acts as if he is doing charity inspite of collecting Rs.10 for each challan being generated. i had undergone DL test on 23rd June, today is 24th July still i am not in receipt of DL. The online status shows right from 3.7.2017 that the dispatch is pending at RTO level Counter 2. What is this mockery?

Wanted a letter confirming the driving license issued by RTO Yalahanka. Assistant RTO and staff were very kind. They learnt my requirement and issued letter within a day, that too free of cost. On the other hand I had paid money to the driving school fellow. On the other hand he did not do anything and kept on demanding more money after learning letter is required by foreign authorities. My suggestion is directly approach the authorities, do not go through agents.

Office is Filled with corrupted employees and there behaviour is worst. They will always speak to you rudely and your work wont be completed in a day. They will always use the words "Come Tomorrow". If you want to spoil Your mood then go there.

worst RTO in Karnataka.Rude and careless staff They come at 11:30 though it says 10 am is the opening time.After that they will discuss all sorts of morning breakfasts etc.. then they settle down and start working slowly. Actual procedure for my case took 10 mins. Wait time almost 2 hours. then there is a rude front desk lady in police uniform who is not ready to tell you which counters are where. but there was thins gentleman in Police uniform who was very helpful and nice.
