    The services provided by Raksha TPA is extremely very very poor. I have filled up Mediclaim Enrolment form on 20/04/16 after separating from SAIL on 5/3/16. Till date i did not receive any policy or id card from the insurance company.

    The services rendered is disgusting and they have no curtsey to keep the policy holders informed of the proceedings and when the policy holder before admission they say the claims can be processed and update the claims ref number. After submitting the documents with contact details and email Id nothing is updated to the policy holder and when you hear noting even after a month and policy holder call up to query they say all the stories and and ask you to update few more details to be emailed and assures the claims will be settled at the earliest. after a weak policy holder calls to check the details they say the same thing the claims in pending and need more documents and on querying the details of the previous email sent and the reply on it they simply wash the hands saying the relevant dept need to check and they would reply to the same............waiting and waiting is the option the policy holder has for the the fault of tying up with the medical policy for more than 8 years in a hope it would be a standby during emergencies.............Really i would not recommend any out to take policy With Oriental Insurance And claim settlement being handled by Raksha TPA.......

    oriental insurance always dodges emerngency situations.Their raksha tpa is worse.They have taken seven months to prepare my id card and after angry e mails they have loaded the id cards on their web site that functions occationaly. Oriental insurance changes their tpa at their wim and fancy and dont bother to intimate the insured persons.When called in emergency no one attends to the phone in raksha tpa. ofcourse it is needless to say the oriental branch phones are permanently busy from 9 am to 5 pm. It is a pity gullible insured people are stuck with this lot.
