    Date : 6th July,2017 I have purchased a Hero Electric Wave DX Extra Mile version (Invoice no. 524)on February 14, 2017 from Hero E- Bike Show Room, Krishnarajapura, Bangalore, Karnataka. I was under the impression that this E-bike is one of the best electric E-bikes in the market today. However, after using the E-bike for 3 months, this ExtraMile version of the E-bike gives a running mileage of only 20 kilometers and this value has been depreciating ever since. Now the mileage given by the E-bike on FULL CHARGE is only about 5 km and then when the E-bike gets so slow that it cannot be used any more.Many times, I have received calls for feedback of the E-Bike and I updated them about my problems but no measures were taken to solve my problems. This is total loss of my hard earned money. I do not recommend this vehicle to anybody. I would have given 0 stars review if there was a option.

    dabba show room i have given bike before 15days he told iwill give at evening that day only till up to now bike is not given any dont give bike and dont use hero electic bike service is dabba

    Horrible experience with the dealer. They never do the service. My bike is not even one year old. Always they promise the time but never turn up and will switch off the mobiles. From the last 3 months my bike is in idle position and the dealer is promising to do the service and never turned up. Daily they promise to come but will not turn up and give some vague reasons. If anybody wants to buy, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER AS THE DEALER IS A HORRIBLE AND EVEN THE OWNER IS ALSO THE SAME. HE WILL ALSO SIMPLY PROMISE THE TIME AND SWITCH OFF THE MOBILES IN TIME. I suggest PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Raghavendra most pained customer.
