I was very much satisfied with the polite and informative staff. The ambience was spectacular with the glass chandeliers and humongous paintings. This posh place would make social gatherings and receptions enjoyable. Especially with a complimentary open bar.

Great food, but the ambiance is fabulous hands down. We went to "The Lantern" restaurant to have Chinese. It tasted good and authentic. Would recommend for office parties.

Great ambience and decor. Rooms are excellent, as expected and the staff are very courteous. Only issue was the food. While the overall quality is good, it was not as good or tasty as I was expecting it to be, for that kind of price. Both the room service, and the buffet was just ok, and nothing extraordinary. Otherwise, this property has an excellent location, in the heart of prime Bangalore and is definitely worth a stay.

Located at the heart of the city. Easy to approach. Nice ambience, polite staff, clean area are other positive points. I did not like the coffee here...
