so far i was nurturing a high illusion of your Institution, being run by famous Trust, in contrast to other hospitals in bangalore also of corporate sector, till i heard the agony from my neighbor whose mother was brought to your hospital at midnight very recently. The negligence shown to the dependents speaks highly of the worst attitude which are highly objectionable are not supposed to arise from an Institution of yours. with the data on hand i am proposing to escalate to higher levels and also to the highest medical services authority of India unless you arrange to hear from us the true story which i hope will be an eye opener to you if you are not aware of such happenings so far and take appropriate stern action on the persons who grossly deliberately failed to render their duty at that hour. ....................dr sundaram aug 2015
