Rahul SinhaWish I can give a rating less than 1 Star. As mentioned by others, it is a fraud company. Without trusting the reviews, I called them up for Annual Maintenance Contract. I told the Manager (Mr. Sharad) specifically to send the person with invoice and he said OK. After the guys sent by him came to my house and completed first service, they asked for complete amount. I handed them the cash and asked for invoice. They told me that I will receive the invoice on my email. I called and confirmed the same with Mr. Sharad and he said they do not give hardcopy of bill and I will be given invoice on my email address. I did not like this since earlier he told me that he will send the servicing guy with the invoice. But at that time I trusted him and gave complete amount (for three servicing). It has been more than a month since I am following up on this issue, but I have not received the invoice. I was told some time back that there is some software issue due to which invoice is not generated. I asked why not send the hard copy, to which I did not get a PROPER answer. I have registered complaint against them on National Consumer Helpline. I know there are other People also who have faced similar issue. To stop this fraud practice, I suggest you to register your complaints on National Consumer Helpline. I do not care what actually is the reason due to which they do not give invoice to customer after taking payment, but to me it is fraud practice and it should be stopped or addressed asap. The top rating / review you will see here is given by their own company members in an attempt to "Maintain the Average". I suggest you to go by majority of reviews and feedback.
