I was never into yoga as I felt it was too slow and static.But joined classes just to try and now I am hooked.Yes,it can get monotonous if you are not challenging yourself with new asanas..but instructor Vijay is a fabulous coach who keeps pushing you beyond your limits and introduces new asanas all the time.So,thanks to him , I am at my best flexibility and health.Looking forward to continuing for a long time with Chaitanya wellness.
