I just needed to exchange my standard SIM card to Micro/Nano SIM. This guy charged me Rs.70/-. He refused me to give receipt / bill. It is supposed to be not more that Rs.20/- , remaining money goes to his pocket illegally. I did the same for Vodafone in Vodafone store, they gave me free SIM card and no documents asked.
