Strictly say big "NO" to flats developed by Bindu Promoters and Developers. I had bought an apartment in their Bindu Amulya Apartment in 2012. Even today this builder has not issued Occupancy Certificate to flat owners. Moreover he has not delivered the promised facilities in the apartments. Since last 5 years the builder has been giving stupid reasons after reasons. We residents are the sufferers. He is enjoying with our money. Do stay away from callous and arrogant builder.

Do not buy apartments or any property from Bindu Developers. The owner Mr. Jayesh is an irresponsible person. After selling the apartments this guy will not complete the pending works as promised and will not give OC & completion certificate. So better stay away from this builder. I am a victim of their game plan.

Recently bought a flat from Bindu promoters in rajajinagar, and i must say, impressive Value for money. even the people are quite friendly and understanding. nice quality homes with all amenities at lowww prices! :)
