I purchased a Travel card on line as my place is 3kms away from Vijayanagar when I tried to use for first time CARD NOT REAADABLE with more thanRs 100 in card.Then again went on 21/02/2017 same reply from Counter staff CARD NOT readable come in after noon evening . Who will activate card??1800 425 12345 contacted e mails sent no action taken
