Ashish BansalI got lunches & dinners delivered by Fresh Menu quite a few times over the last 1-2 months. I finally am here to drop my feedback for them as its worth a try. We have generally ordered salad, sandwich or a burger along with a desert. I like their concept wherein they change their menu everyday & keep trying new dishes/deserts etc. I have always got their order on-time within the expected timeline of 45 mins & never have to complaint for the same. The usually provide the high quality plastic cutlery with tissue papers, good packing which is good for microwave for instance heating & hunger :) I have found that the sandwiches & burgers taste 2x better if you microwave them once received than having them directly. The delivery & customer care helpdesk staff is very professional & responsive. Even during some minor concerns, they always took the ownership & resolved the matter quickly from end to end perspective. They are 4x better in terms of food, ready to eat packing, quick service than all the late evening food delivery places. My suggestion for the team would be to start late night food delivery as well if possible soon with same quality of service. Cheers :)
