poornima tsI joined Aerobics classes conducted by Shekhar a year ago and it is best decision I have taken. I can see so many health benefits. It helped me to reduce weight and weight loss in body is proportional as the exercises are focused on all parts of body. I feel much more fit, energetic and stronger. Aerobics definitely helps and it is fun as it is more of dance, it is as though you exercise while you can enjoy dancing. It is very easy as well as effective and can be done by people belonging to all age groups. There are other stomach exercises and lifting weights involved in the sessions. Shekhar is very friendly, motivating, awesome coach. It has been a wonderful experience so far and I totally enjoy aerobics sessions in fusion studio.

And nonetheless good and energetic music with awesome workout helps to fell fresh and active all through the day .. :)
