Though, the name calls itself as Tech Park - the infrastructure and amenities are not suitable for SW organizations. It majorly houses stock points and the smell from surrounding factories make you feel sick. Not a single tree inside the premises. Entry and exit from this building will be a nightmare during peak hours with 2 wheelers almost blocking entry/exit way.
